Breakfast was good, but not excessive. The food was the same every day, the quality of coffee from the coffeemachines in de breakfast area is way sub par. The juices are watered down from sirup, but are "ok". The pancakes with Nutella for children are mainly eaten by adults. Haven't seen/heard a lot of children. A Bolt-taxi will take you to the center of Pest, the parliament or the Buda castle in under 30 minutes. Next to the hotel is a small mall, with a grocery store, some nice restaurants and luxury shops.

The Novotel Budapest City Hotel has a very good location - close to the Buda Castle (Budavari Palota) with very good bus and tram connections to the old town - Danube cruises - Jewish Quarter - Saint Istvan basilica - and other tourist attractions. Breakfast was above the standard. The Staff at the hotel were amazing - very kind and helpfull - professionals with attitude and smile - good job. The Novotel Budapest City is definitely very good choice for families with kids - they have little swimming pool, sauna, playroom and fitness center. Hotel has own parking (15 Euro/day) - great price. All in all - great value for the price.

Everything was nice, comfortable and clean, bed was exceptional, breakfast was good, pool was nice and the water in it was pretty warm. The staff were kind and welcoming, the location of the hotel is very nice and has a nice view over the city from our room. The bus station is very close and it is 5 stops away from Buda centre. All in all, a geat experience and I'd love to come again!

Breakfast excellent. Employees very polite. Very comfortable beds and the whole apartment. Very good quality for price. Long working hours of pool (6-23h). Good choice of amenisties (pool, sauna, salt room, gym, playroom for kids with toys and sony). Parking place 15€/24h (lasting all 24h even if you are checked out).

The staff was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay, they always reacted fast to our questions, requests or complaints. The breakfast was also delicious, great variety of food to choose from. The cold press juicer was a great idea.

Location is near to the city center and beside the hotel is the modern shopping center. If you travell with the car you can park your car in front of the hotel on a secure parking. Rooms and a hotel in general is very clean. staff is verry friendly .There is also a small pool, sauna and fitness room you can use.

The staff here are incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness is good, and there are plenty of parking spaces, which made our visit hassle-free. Additionally, the property is very well-connected to public transportation, making it easy to get around. Overall, the value for the quality of service provided is excellent—I would recommend this place.

The large Novotel at the congress center offers little families a feel-well time for a good price. Be it the state-of-the-art rooms with modern furnitures and amenities like a water cattle, the vast breakfast buffet with sheer endless food opportunities even for picky eaters, the ever friendly and service-oriented staff, or finally the spa and fitness area. Situated at day & night stops of regular trams (for rides on the Buda part, e.g., to the Déli train station) and busses (jam avoiding quick connection to Rudas bath and over the Dunava river to the center and Keleti train station) the hotel is a perfect starting point for city and nature explorers.
